Before: The second premolar had an old composite restoration. Patient wanted a natural looking tooth when she smiles.

After: Restored with a Porcelain Onlay. Shade and contour match the existing restoration of the adjacent molar. Patient is now very enthusiastic in restoring the first premolar beside it.
